“ Delicious authentic Italian food. (Seafood soup, Pasta Carbonara, Lamb Chops & Tiramisu) Friendly servers. Gluten free options available. ”
“ La Forchetta is my favorite restaurant in Pueblo! Excellent Italian food for reasonable prices. My favorite is the Pueblo ravioli- it’s not too spicy and full of flavor. My husband loves the ribeye and potatoes. My mom loves the Bolognese and my dad loves their take on Alfredo. The affogato was good but the presentation is far from traditional, watch how you pour. 10/10 would eat again and again!!! Such a hidden gem in Pueblo!!! ”
“ This was one of our favorite spots to eat at. I would definitely say this restaurant needs to be on your stop and try lists. We celebrated out 10th year anniversary here and it was amazing. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is perfect for a romantic night. Make sure yo make reservations. It's not really a huge place and they get busy. The wine we ordered was good. The best part about this place is the food for sure. The pasta offered here is fresh handmade. The steak I ordered had to be one if the best steaks had ever had. The flavor was spot on and cook to a medium rare perfection. Would definitely recommend the steak. We also ordered the Burrata which too was amazing. This was our first time trying this and it didn't disappoint. My wife got the amatriciana with fresh pasta. This meal was amazing. Literally each bite you can taste each individual flavor of the food. I have never experienced pasta like I did here. My wife also had chicken added to it. I would recommend this pasta dish. Overall this place did not disappoint and is a hidden gem for being in Pueblo. The price was worth the amount and quality of food that they offer. I recommend this place to every who has a chance to go but remember reservations are needed. I will be going back here for sure. ”
“ This is the best restaurant in Pueblo. Great food. Service can be off at times, but you will still be very well fed. Highly recommend this place! Be sure to call before for a reservation. ”
“ Amazing restaurant! Very clean, staff was very polite and helpful. We didn't have a reservation but the owner was so sweet and found us a place to sit. The food was incredible. We ordered the gorgonzola bruchette, mushroom ravioli, and buffalo ravioli. I cannot say enough about this wonderful restaurant. We are looking forward to our next visit! ”
“ What a gem! The food was top notch authentic Italian. We were seated at the bar and after our meal, the owner/Chef engaged us in conversation and we learned his story of how he landed in Pueblo. My work associate mentioned that he was traveling to Italy this summer. The owner went to the back to get his phone and shared the best off the beaten path places to visit. It made us feel like we had been invited into his home for the evening. I will be back time I am in the area. ”
“ Fine dining right here in Pueblo. Special event for an anniversary. First visit. Impressed! Two steps in and you’d think you were in Nonna’s house. Greeted warmly, our table was ready, just got better! Nice wine choice great salads, we tried all three, fantastic! Foccatia was perfect. 6 top, all different entrees, everyone spectacular! Can’t wait to go back! ”
